We thought about how we could be the best, and we came to to be aware that the answer is “you”. We are a very big team, and we know that if an employee within our crew has a difficulty, it’s our difficulty, and the satisfaction of each of our employees is our satisfaction.
Gloria Monthly Meeting
During our Gloria Monthly Meetings which are held in the last week of the month, we present our newest members who joined our family, and congratulate our employees who got married, had a baby and chosen the star of the month. We distance ourselves from the stress of the work if for a short time, and we share.
Spokes Person Meeting
Every month, 1 representitive employee is chosen from each department by his/her colleagues, and goes to the Spokes Person Meeting. The General Manager and the Human Resources attend the Spokes Person Meeting, and our colleagues express their issues within the department, their recommendations or their satisfaction, and we look for solutions for the problems together. We act upon the “There is strength in numbers" principle.

Meet the GM meetings are held once every other month, and in those meetings mid level managers exchange ideas and brainstorm to reach the best.
