Orientation Training
After competing the hiring process at the Gloria Hotels (Social Security Authority entrance), the training starts with the introduction of the Gloria hotels and gets completed with the tour of the premises.
Mandatory Trainings
These are the trainings to get detailed information on what to do when you have an extraordinary circumstance at the Gloria hotels or at a particular point of our lives. Along with that, there are educational trainings about quality systems our hotels' have, as well.
Personal Development Trainings
These are the trainings targeting continous development; and for those employees who are the closest followers of the service sector, personal development trainings such as the necessary Foreign Language (Russian, English, German), Ways to Cope with Stress, Emotional Intelligence to keep our employees’ level of knowledge at the top.
Cross Training
These are the inter deparmental training within the hotel to help our personnel to reach their career goals.
