EFQM Excellence Model

Gloria Hotels & Resorts has reviewed the self-assessment processes that have been created so far and has designed the improvement projects and they have passed the external assessment of Turkish Quality Association (KALDER) as the representative of European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) in Turkey; and now, they are granted the "4 Stars in EFQM Excellence" certificate of competency award. It has become the very first hotel management business and group hotel which is entitled to hold this award in Turkey.
