The Pilot Hotel and Lecture Room that is a part of Akdeniz University School of Tourism was constructed by Özaltın Construction and was granted presented to the university's instant usage.

Nuri Özaltın 75th Year Elementary School – Arhavi, Artvin
Nuri Özaltın 75th Year Elementary School, which was founded in Arhavi/Artvin and has started its education life in the academic year 1998-1999, possesses an informatics classroom, science and technology laboratories, a library, a classroom for pre-elementary students, a multifunctional meeting room and 12 classrooms.

Nuri Ozaltin Elementary School – Karakoçan, Elazığ
Nuri Özaltın Elementary School, which was founded in Karakoçcan/Elazığ and has started its education life in the academic year 1999 – 2000, possesses an informatics classroom, a social sciences classroom, a science and technology laboratory, a music room, a classroom for pre-elementary students and 12 classrooms.

Nuri Özaltın Elementary School – Genç, Bingöl
Nuri Özaltın Elementary School, which was founded in Genç/Bingöl and has started its education life in the academic year 2000-2001, possesses an informatics classroom, a science and technology laboratory, a library, a classroom for pre-elementary students, a multifunctional lounge and 12 classrooms.
